  • 1 cup radishes, raw
  • 1 cup carrots, raw
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup fat-free yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice*

*Using freshly squeezed orange juice will decrease the total calories and carbohydrates


Toss all ingredient into your blender and blend for about 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Some ingredients may need to be sliced into smaller pieces before blending. Enjoy!
